I was shocked to see this mega beast instead of the usual #boxofawesome but it's because of the heft of this month's box!

We opted for Aces this month- we play cards a lot but not poker- we thought having an awesome set would make us play!
This info pamphlet had poker night alternative games, tips and tricks, and a blackjack cheat sheet!
Poker Box: This slim poker box has a cherry finish and classic metal hardware with a plush felt interior. And, it's stocked too! This would be perfect to travel with for poker night's as opposed to those giant metal monstrosities people have. It's classic and beautiful!
Inside Look!
Chips: 360 11.5 g poker chips. 360! I'd say that's enough for me! I remember my parents have some plastic set somewhere and we used to play with the chips all the time (not for poker though) so it made it sweeter to have a set of our own. These clay composite chips have the perfect little clink on the table. Perfect! I think I'm getting a housewife fantasy complex since it makes me all dreamy of having my bf (in the future) having poker night with this. Then I'd have my own poker night too of course!
Casino Cards + Dealer Chip: This dealer chip makes everything feel so official! And no one can have enough sets of cards- who hasn't lost a set or two (or ten) in their lifetime?!? These are straight from the casino floors so they have cut corners. CJ and I play Gin or Kings in the Corner or Crazy 8s a lot especially on nights I can't fall asleep and having more cards on hand is always nice.
Verdict: I didn't price these since Bespoke Post makes the chips and box and so I couldn't find them online. Ya, looks like this is exclusive! What what! Really though, this box is beautiful and it alone has to be well over the $45 pricetag. I'd guess $60 alone! I can't believe we have a super duper fancy poker set of our very own. We need to really learn how to play now! We weren't sure about this box but now that we have it we are in LOVE. Bespoke Post is definitely one of our favorites- I can't wait to see October's boxes!
