September BarkBox Review

BarkBox two days in a row! I'm trying to stay on top of my Sept boxes... And I wanted first dibs on doing a BarkBox review- PLUS I got adorable pics of my puppy. Check it out!

BarkBox:

The box

First look

I love that they don't put in extra packing supplies. They never need it and it's not wasteful.

Info!

The goods!

Wagatha's- Tuscan Pizza Organic Dog Biscuits: Is it weird that this smells good to CJ and I? I mean it's Italian herbs and cheese- so it makes sense it smells good, right?! 100% USDA organic ingredients, and free of wheat, corn, & soy. My pup loves them! Price: $6.49

Plato- Natural Duck Strips: Because of BarkBox, we've discovered that Henry LOVES duck- so I knew he'd be in love with this as soon as I unboxed. They are pretty large chunks but I gave him a whole one right away just to see his reaction. Love is a correct word for how he feels about these. Price: $6.99

VetraCare Pet- Liquid Bandage: I don't know why I never thought of getting something like this before but it is genius! Why not have the kind of products parents have for their human children!? I hope we won't need to use this for Henry but it's a really cool thing to have. He's gotten bug bites and such before so this would be perfect! Price: $8.95

Aussie Naturals- Shark Rope/Squeaker Toy: This is our second Aussie Naturals toy from BarkBox and our THIRD nautical toy. What's up at BarkBox? Or is it a dog thing? We've gotten a whale, an octopus, and now this shark. And Henry is all about it. No stuffing- which is a plus since Henry will eventually open up the seams... And there is a rope inside and squeakers- it's doing double duty. And it's HUGE. Price: $7.99

Pic montage...

CJ picked Henry up and he had to bring shark with him. He had it doubled up in his mouth before this pic.

Thinking about how yummy shark is...

Going in for the kill!

Do you know how hard it was to get Henry to NOT play with his new shark toy in order to take a picture with it?!?

Cutey pie- I'm obsessed.

Verdict: He wanted his treat sooo bad in this pic- look at those eyes- those are "treat please" eyes. This box ended up being worth around $30.42, which is awesome. Definitely lives up to the sticker price, or more for those of us who get longer subs than month-to-month (which I recommend). Henry has been playing with his new shark almost non-stop (he throws in his whale toy from August too since it's his all-time favorite). The rope, squeaker, and heft of the toy makes it fun and interesting to our pup. The treats are wonderful (as always) and we have a brand new item to keep our pup healthy. Great box! 1. Your barkbox looks different than the one I received. I reviewed my medium size box that came with an IQ ball on my website as well. I received the same ducky jerky in my August barkbox which is delicious!
