Finally getting around to my Julep review this month- I say finally since Julep is always the first box to come each month (sometimes coming before the 1st of each month). July wasn't my favorite collection although I was dying for their extras- check it out.

Joanna: I ended up going with my usual profile this month "Bombshell." Mainly because of this color. I love a pale lilac although I admit the one from my July PopSugar box trumps this one. It's supposed to be lilac frost so I'm excited to try out the glittery frost part of it. With Julep I'm always in! Price: $14
Blakely: This color is impossible to decipher in real life! It's called a purple and green molten with a chrome finish. So weird. I am kind of in love with it! I'm super intrigued to see what it looks like on- I should've swatched it but whatever. I'm due for a mani/pedi so I'll try some new colors and post 'em on the blog!

Green Tea Facial Blotting Papers: I never know what to expect when it comes to Julep's extras in their boxes. I love when they add little beauty extras like this. These are a great tie-in with the theme. If I think about spending the day on the beach, blotting sweat and not altering your makeup is a big plus! Price: ~$10
Beach Tonic: This Dry Body Oil looks amazing and is the reason I really wanted this month's Julep box. "A blend of lightweight yet nourishing oils that moisturize, condition, and restore elasticity and suppleness to the body." Sounds great. I can't wait to use this! Price: $23
Verdict: A strange looking picture makes this box look bleak but I'm pretty satisfied. I'm so intrigued by the Blakely color and I can't wait to use the Beach Tonic!!! This $19 box ended up being valued at $61 which is a ton for this box! Three times the cost!!! As always, I'm looking forward to next month's box and my upcoming mani/pedis!
