Monday Musings
Another edition of my musings to start the week!- Happy Earth Day! I think the Google image today is super cute.
- Yesterday was rough! It was a day of singing, or rather a rotation of singing, eating, and driving. Drove to church- sang for 3 hours- drove home- shoved down some food- drove to Dallas Opera- sang in the closing of Turandot- drove home- a little more food- drove to church- sang in a church concert- drove home- more food consumption. Can I tell you how much your knees and feet and back hurt after standing still and singing for HOURS at a time. Ooo boy.
- Last week was super hard on everyone- with Boston and West, TX among other terrible events. It's amazing to see how we bounced back.
- CJ went and got us a new router today so fingers crossed that it says strong and steady. We didn't have internet until about an hr ago.
- Lots of box stuff to do this week! BarkBox, Color Me Monthly, BlushBox, Pretty Power Box, and Bulu Box reviews need to go up! Plus, I am expecting a few boxes this week. To the person that just used my link to get BarkBox, I am eternally grateful, and so is my pup!
- I'm hoping to work on my sub list this week since I have more time free. I want to make it more user friendly AND add boxes to the list. I mentioned I deleted my sticky note that had the list of all the ones to add so I have to scour to find them again- ugh! I want to add a Deals/Codes page and maybe a Reviews one too!
- I did an interview with an awesome website: trainca.se- it's all about makeup and reviewing and finding products for you! I'll post the interview here when it's up along with all kinds of info about their site since it's pretty darn cool and I have been meaning to share it for awhile!
- Don't forget to enter my Ipsy Giveaway which ends this week- I have another one ready when it ends so stay tuned! I may launch it early this week!!
- For those who don't know I respond to comments- when you post a comment, there is a "subscribe by email" link. That means you can subscribe to comments that are posted after yours. Just an fyi for those who post questions and don't think I respond- I try to respond every time!
- Last thought- I got my tax refund and what did I spend it on??? Makeup... my lack of monetary thinking astounds me. Sephora just has such a hold on me! Speaking of- last day of the VIB sale-VIBCHIC for 15% off!
