I just got my first (and only) Fancy box, and I am so incredibly disappointed with it. For such an expensive box, there was not one thing that I would have picked out. I got a mini flashlight, a USB hub, some run of the mill nail polish, an iPhone armband (I don't have an iPhone), and a little bento box. Plus, it took a month to get to me and the customer service was awful. It wasn't worth the $20-ish dollars I paid with a $25 off coupon in March.
ReplyDeleteI really agree that the customer service is awful. I emailed three times and got one response...then they said they couldn't help me and were like "is that all?" I know we live in a world where we assume good customer service but you can at least pretend to address my problems. FYI: even though there is an area to "give suggestions to customize your fancy box," if you write "no meat please, I'm a vegetarian" they will send you meat. I completely understand that they have a structured box each month and can't go around customizing but...then...don't have a customization box for a relatively simple request.
