Monday Musings

My musings to start this week! Sorry for the lateness! My internet was down this morning-grumble grumble!

- This is going to be a hectic week but luckily I had a great weekend to keep me from going crazy as I start the week! Saturday included a trip to the small dog park, a walk, a trip to the farmer's market, and dinner at a great Mexican place on the patio. Sunday was a walk around the Bishop Arts District with a lovely brunch with some friends! Plus the whole opera thing- saw one and was in one.

- Loads of time in the sun this weekend! I ended up getting a sunburn which for some reason always makes me sick. Does that happen to anyone else?

- My The Honest Company review hasn't been posted yet since my box accidentally didn't have 1 of my 8 products. They are sending the product right now (super nice about the mistake) so I may wait until I get it.

- I have Ipsy, Love with Food, Birchbox, and Birchbox Home coming this week for sure and I think like 5 others so probably a lot of boxes.

- One box is still in no-man's land and after contacting the company several times, granted to say I am not happy!

- It's tax day! I got mine sent in this weekend thanks to some super power strength from my RocksBox Wonder Woman Ring!

- Tax day can blow for some- well even if you don't owe $$ it still sucks to put together everything so there are always Tax Day deals on the 15th!

Papa John's is doing a deal with online with code TAXSPC for a $10.40 large pizza and 2 liter pop
Papa Murphy's is doing a $10.40 deal for 2 large pizzas with this coupon
Schlotzsky's is giving a free small sandwich with purchase of chips and drink
Office Depot is giving you 25 free pages of printing and 5 lbs of shredding
HydroMassage is offering free 10 or 15 minute massages

Double check these deals and if you have a participating store near-by. I found these all online- check around because I'm sure there are more around you. I may get in on some half price Sonic cherry limeades.

- Trying to get my wifi working I deleted my sticky note with a bunch of boxes to add for my list- so that was super fun. This week I'll be adding some extra posts about how to make your own vanity, some beauty finds, a great makeup website, and maybe some other little tidbits!
