March GLOSSYBOX Review

My last March box to post AND the last March box I received! I got GLOSSYBOX right at the end of the month- probably since I signed up mid-March... I was actually surprised I didn't have to wait until April! I have always wanted to try GLOSSYBOX and so when they had a 20% promo I dove in. GLOSSYBOX has some variations between boxes so even though I had seen several people's boxes I still didn't know what to expect in mine. Let's see shall we?

P.S. Check out my current Giveaway!

The OUTER box

Ugh! I see why people don't post pics of the outer box/unboxing much, that sucker is glued on tight. It looked like I gnawed the box open!

This GLOSSYBOX Mag is super adorable. I love things like this! The mag features some great products too!

People always say this is the best box- literally the box- and I see why- it's gorgeous.

The real unboxing! You know I am a sucker for details so I love the pink bow AND the print.

Fold-out info card! Spring Fling!

Just another purdy details picture.

My schtuff!

Sebastian Professional's Shaper Fierce: This shaping spray is supposed to keep your fashionable 'dos in place! I have a plethora of mini hair-sprays now from sub boxes and unfortunately I still don't use them. I don't mind getting them though since I figure one day they will come in super handy! Price: $2.41

PIXI's Lid Last Shadow Pen in Graphite Glint: Correct me if I'm wrong but this was one product that not everyone got (like I said, people got different things) and some people got different colors. The info card shows a gorgeous shimmery pink and I am super jealous I didn't get that. This can be a shadow, liner, or if I had gotten a light color, a highlighter. I may be able to use this for a smokey eye but really I have tons of dark colors and I just don't ever use them! I've never had a shadow pen though so I have to give this a try to at least see how it handles. Price: $18

Elite Models's Liner in Matt Brown: Boo!!! Brown liner- say it isn't so. I keep getting brown eyeliners from things and it looks horrible on me! It does! I decided the other week to give brown eyeliner one more go since it had been years since I tried it and woah, I looked sickly! I sang at a wedding that day and the whole time I regretted my makeup decision! I don't do liquid liners anymore (not since high school) but I wouldn't mind trying one again or having it on hand- not this one though. I think this will go into a Giveaway. Price: $15

Prestiche Essential Oil Soap in Lathernder: I don't understand sub boxes obsessions with brown liner AND bar soap. Do the majority of people still use bar soap? I cry foul on this one. I probably wouldn't care as much except I just got another bar of soap from another box. The upside? I got a really good scent AND it's a thin bar which makes it much more useable! Price: $16.99

ModelCo Cheek + Lip Tint in Rosy Red: I was sooo excited for this! This is the reason I was dying to get this box! I've tried some Tarte and Stila Cheek + Lip Tints and I find them so fun PLUS this is an amazing brand that I have always wanted to try! The packaging is super cute too! I'm stoked to try this- maybe today!??! Price: $24

Verdict: Wowzers! This $21 box is valued at $76.40! That is a HUGE amount of stuff! This box had only one sample sized product, the rest were full-sized and pricey! I'm a little bummed I didn't get a different PIXI color and ugh the brown liner BUT I still have to say I enjoyed the luxuriousness of this box. It was all so expensive and nice AND that cheek tint looks amazing! I'm excited to next month! If you want to sign up please use my link and the code SPRING will get you a free nail polish!

  1. I tried the eyeliner & it seems I'm allergic to it! My eyes itched SO bad! :(

I've gotten a bunch of hair sprays too, but I have to say this one is amazing! I curled my hair with a NuMe wand & then hit it with this spray. It looked fantastic! Really pleased.
