May PopSugar Must Have Review

For the first time in who knows as many months, I was giddy with excitement for this month's PopSugar Must Have box!!! I saw the spoilers and more than 1 product looked amazing. In fact there were three I was DYING to see! Alright, enough intro, let's look at the stuff!

See the super wet box? We got this off our door-step last night after I came home early from my church job. Why early? Because of the T-storms, torrential rain, and tornadoes ripping through the DFW area. We were fine. Dallas didn't get hit by tornadoes but the rain and storms were CRAZY along with the tornado sirens for hours! And what was I doing? Taking pics of a box...

Wow. Someone went crazy with this info card booklet picture...

It was super hard to get everything propped up in the box! Too much big stuff!!

PopSugar Reusable Bag: This product wasn't even in the booklet. A super extra I guess? We have a million reusable bags but we use them a lot so I''m happy to add this to the pile! Price: ~$2

Must Have Fashion:

Kooringal Giselle- Mid Brim Hat: Ok, let's admit it, this hat looks ridiculous. I mean I think some people pull off big hats but the Kentucky Derby is over and most big hats are old-fashioned and not in a good way! I wasn't really impressed seeing this in person, it looks like a step above a visor. Well, surprise, surprise! It looks pretty chic on! The wire around the brim keeps it from being too floppy while giving your face some sun protection. I think I'll end up rocking this pool-side! Price: $27.99

Must Have Food:

The Modern Margarita: Love. I was so excited about this product. It may be ridiculous, but drinking margs outside, maybe at the pool in Vegas, sigh, sounds wonderful. Well, I'm not vacaying anytime soon so why not have my own vaca at home! I leave for work next week for 6 weeks so these may have to wait till July but I am sooo excited to try them all!! They even include salt! I wish the salt wasn't colored but whatever (afraid I'd think it was colored sugar...). I love things like this where you only need to add one ingredient (2 I guess including ice) and I am dying to try the Blood Orange Marg! Price: $8.29

Must Have Entertainment:

Questions I Ask When I Want to Talk about Myself Deck: I love Mindy Kaling, she was great on The Office (which ends tonight, sooo crazy), she was a great writer on The Office, she's over-all hilarious, and her new show The Mindy Project is one of two freshman sitcoms this year that my bf and I love. Mindy and Anders Holm this season = amazingness! I really want to read her book but for now this will do. Not sure if these conversation cards will actually be used as they are supposed to since I cant imagine hanging out with a girlfriend and being like now let's use these funny cards, but who knows? This would be amazing if I still had roommates. I know I am going to LOVE reading through them though so win win. Price: $14.95

Must Have Beauty:

Yeah, my nails look horrid- I took them off later that night- it's just for size!
Beauty Blender and Blender Cleanser: Confession time. The reason I joined Birchbox? I wanted this item. Call me crazy but this product is called a miracle worker and I WANTED it! The people who got them in their boxes came before my subscription started and when I thought about buying it in their shop I deemed myself crazy since I use a powder foundation. Well, I use liquid stuff now too, so come to mama! The best part? The cleanser is included. I. am. so. excited! Price: $23.95

Must Have Beauty:

Pacifica- Natural Color Quench Lip Tint in Sugared Fig: I am drowning a bit in lip products. With my makeup boxes and multiple beauty brand buys, my vanity is overflowing. So was I bummed to get another lip product? No. I love Pacifica and this looks glorious! Seriously, look at the swirls of colors. This is one of two sheer shades that went out and yes, the natural color is vegan! And it smells amazing! Price: $7

Must Have Fashion:

Charm & Chain $30 off Card: This card is $30 off. Period. That means no "Buy $2,000, save $30" nonsense! This is a jewelry website (if you couldn't tell) and I'll spend some time today trolling their site looking for a perfect piece for me! Price: $30

Special Extra:

Way Better Snacks- Simply Sweet Potato Tortilla Chips: Score. I saw these chips in the spoiler but in the chile variety. That made this a meh product. Now sweet potato chips? Sign me up! I am a sweet potato fiend and am so excited to dig into these. P.S. Their website is killer. Price: $2.98

Verdict: Well, this $35 box ended up being valued at a whopping $117.16. Uh, wow. PopSugar Must Have is getting back into it's grove since this box is amazing! The Beauty Blender and Mindy Kaling cards were enough for me and then they added on 5 more great products. For the first time in awhile, I love every product and will use everything! Loving what this box did this month and it looks like summer is where they hit their stride! Stoked for next month! 1. I seriously love Mindy Kaling. I want to be best friends with her. Her book is amazing and I highly recommend it! My aunt actually read an excerpt from it at our wedding! What other show are you loving?

    1. I know she is so great- and normal! And by normal I mean crazy. Her book is on my to-buy for summer. The other 1st season sitcom we were watching was Go On but it got canceled... sad face. It was just a good cast. We, especially me, watch a lot of shows though... That was the only other 1st yr sitcom though that we stuck with.
