Bonjour Jolie Review + Giveaway
When I was contacted by this new company to try a new time of the month box you know I couldn't say no! The back-story of this box is really cute, all about their mother-daughter relationship, and I was impressed by the detailed preferences of their box. Some people DO have allergies and it's nice to see a box working towards including everyone. Bonjour Jolie launched May 1st and I received their "Grand Opening Box" and woah is it stocked full! Unboxing! I was shocked by how full this box was!! There is sooo much stuff!
This box is broken down into three parts: The Gift, The Edibles, and The Pampering!
Oh man! This is gonna be a long one! Look at all my goods!
If you read my other reviews, you know I am a sucker for details. I love the fake petals and the pretty satchels.
The Pampering:
Ooo boy, this actually isn't even all of it!
I'm gonna work around top to bottom L-R. It's a lot!
Hempz Age Defying Lotion: This lotion enriched with 100% Hemp Seed Oil is supposed to hydrate and nourish while improving the health and condition of your skin. Double score. Price: $0.74
Pureology Shampoo and Conditioner: Usually foil samples aren't my thing but I love 'em when I get a whole bunch! I know avid lovers of this brand so I'm really excited to try both of these products especially since they are for color treated hair and I just started giving my hair the ol' dye job! Price: $1.19
Advil: What's there to say? A girl sometimes needs some pain reliever. I randomly keep getting asked if I have any advil and keep coming up short! I carry a pretty small (but jam-packed) purse now and stopped carrying a mini pill bottle so I threw these little packets in my little zipper pocket and now I feel uber prepared! Price: $0.44
Earth Therapeutics Recover-E Cucumber Eye Pads: These caught my eye immediately! Who doesn't want to try these!?!? They look so fun. I want to spoil and pamper myself and have a spa day immediately! I am nervous though that I'll love these and need to buy them all the time! Price: $1.50
Lavender Sachet: How adorable is this? A sachet of lavender? Done. We use lavender essential oils all-the-time. Really, lavender is the best scent in the world. It refreshes and relaxes you and is just beyond amazing. I might throw this in my closet or something to make it smell amazing! Price: ~$0.80
Indigo Wild- Zum JuJucuzzi Geranium Bath Salts: You thought I was done with the Pampering stuff right? Nope, one last awesome product. I LOVE bath salts so I'm thrilled to get this. It smells amazing btw!

The Gift:
Stila Mini Lip Glaze: I hope I've made my love of Stila clear by now but if not, let me say again, I love Stila! This brand never lets me down and I loved getting a product I didn't have in my arsenal! This color is light on and gives me just enough shine. Price: $8.25
The Supplies:
Ok, this wasn't really a category but it needed to be included! I opted for 30 Tampons in my brand and it turns out I got the compact version which is awesome! I used to buy these on my own since they fit ever-so-nicely in my purse but now I don't get the compact version since I like the regular and they are less expensive. It's so nice to have these on hand again! The info from the box is included as well which is a nice touch! Again, you get to choose 30 products that suit you, a mix or one product, whatever you want.

The Edibles:
2 Chicks with Chocolate- 4 piece box: Now this is what I'm talking about! I keep getting non-chocolate in my boxes and I don't know why- don't they know of my massive sweet tooth? Ok, I'm ridiculous but really I was sooo excited to see these. This box is a mix of milk and dark chocolate which is the best! I DEVOURED these and especially loved the dark chocolate mint and milk chocolate truffle. Yummers.

Pukka Organic Teas: A tea brand I haven't had before- score! Usually I like teas that I get and then move on but woah- these smell sooo good and I love the weird combos in some of them. Price: $1.75
Verdict: If you couldn't tell from my pics I got a LOT of stuff from this box. They really meant it when they said this box was meant to pamper you. I totaled $39.25 in goodies from this box. Even without any protection supplies this box is $24.37, meaning you are getting more than you are paying BEFORE you select what protection supplies you are getting. That is awesome! I loved this box and am so excited to try the goods!

We used March and April as our trial month to make sure all the bugs were worked out, and beta test the site and shipping times.
