March BarkBox Review

Yeah! My favorite box came this last week- that's right, my favorite box is for my puppy! I love to spoil my little guy any way that I can and BarkBox spoils him with products he loves and that I love too!

Check out my current Giveaway! right now too!

*BarkBox:
Type: Pet box
Cost: $29/month includes shipping- $18/month with 6-month subscription
What is it?: This-just for dogs- pet subscription box offers 3 box options: Small & Cute (0-20 lbs), Just Right (20-50 lbs), and Big & Bold (50+ lbs). Each month you receive 4 or more products and presents for your dog. Products can include treats, toys, shampoos, and even leashes. A great thing about BarkBox is that they give a portion of each box's proceeds to help dogs-in-need. Use my referral link to help me continue getting this box AND get $5 off your first box. Use my link and try code BARK10 for $10 off.

The standard box. Nothing fancy but there is GOLD inside!

Unboxing!

All the products placed up- usually there is a big assortment of products but this month seemed to be all about toys and treats!

What the what?!? This month's card is sooo different! It's because this month the box is curated my E. Jean Carroll, the advice columnist for Elle magazine. Instead of the usual info on each product, the info is shown in a Q&A form. Interesting.

There are two coupon cards in this box including $10 off Pets360.

Feel Good Treats' Teeny Treats' Liver Lover's Gourmet Mix: Is it weird that my first thought when I looked at these treats was "oooh, pretty."  These treats are good for your pup and are chock-full of Canadian livers... gross. These treats are free of wheat, corn, and soy and are little chunks, as in they weren't molded into weird shapes, they are what they are. Henry liked these crunchy goodies right away.
Price: $9.95

Little Eatz' Gourmet Goodies in Perfect Peanut Butter: These treats are little cookies that you AND your dog can eat. That's right, people can eat these too... I've read from a couple of people who actually ate them but I think I'm good- none for me, thanks. They are thickcookies which were super hard to break apart- I recommend not giving your pup a whole one since they pack a wallop in calories so use your muscles to break these suckers apart. Puppy gobbled the half we gave to him right up! Price: $3.99

Harry Barker Hemp Bone: I didn't think much of this when I first saw it but it DOES have a squeaker in it and Henry wanted it immediately! I gave it to him and he didn't want to give it back for my final picture. Not sure it could compare to the amazing newspaper toy from last month which is now his all-time favorite toy but we have played fetch with this everyday since he got it. Henry loves it and I love that this toy is stuffed with 100% recycled post-consumer plastics. Price: $10

LollyCadoodle wool mouse: This thing is super cute but I did think that a mouse might be better for a cat. The mouse is adorable though and I know the terrier in my puppy will tear this thing up! The best thing about this product is that it is handmade by master artisans in Nepal with wool from local vendors. Price: $12.95

Angie's List Bag Holder: This last item came with a 45% off coupon and while some people think of it as an extra, I consider it one of the best parts of this box! We have gone through two poop bag holders and this one is so super cute and funny. PLUS, we can use our old one to hold dog treats (we are still training our dog)- win win. People got different shapes too but I think the hydrant one is the best so I was super happy with my box. Price: ~$4

Verdict: Another great BarkBox! I love this box because it makes my puppy happy and seeing my baby happy is the best thing in the world! My treats supply has been replenished, we have some new awesome toys for Henry, plus we got an adorable bag holder for our walks. This box is valued at $40.89, so well over what I paid for it. I love to spoil my pup but when I am in a store I probably wouldn't spring for these products so it's great to get amazing things for my dog at a great discount. I love BarkBox and 100% recommend it- if you sign up please help me out by doing so with my link!
