It's my Birthday in 10 days! Soooo I decided to give someone else a present on my 25th! Kind of a hobbit idea or generosity or whatever! Anyway, I decided to gift someone 3 months of Birchbox!

What is it?: Every month you receive a box of 4-6 beauty and lifestyle products. Each month there are about 30+ different boxes that you might be sent which makes each month a surprise. Birchbox is a great forum to learn about and discover new products and brands. Birchbox has a points system given when a subscription plan is purchased, reviewing products, and buying full-size products in their shop. Every 100 points can be used as $10 off. Use my referral code to get started but know that Birchbox has a waiting period of usually 4-5 weeks.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite product this summer has been Thayer's Witch Hazel Toner. I have it Lavender, Rose, and Fragrance Free and it is soooo refreshing. I keep little mist bottles of it everywhere and use it morning, night, and throughout the day. It makes these hot and humid, sticky summer days a bit more bearable. I can't say enough great things about it!

ReplyDeleteMy favorite product right now, hmmm, that's hard because I have a few. One I am loving is Coola's cucumber Face SPF 30 which I received from BB in May.
ReplyDeleteMy fav beauty product is the CoverGirl+Olay Eye Rehab, it covers my dark circles, brightens and hydrates at the same time. I haven't found any good color that matches my skin tone until I tried CoverGirl+Olay Eye Rehab... most of the concealers I use leave an off lighter color of my skin tone and it looks super wrinkly and cakey but this product is smooth and natural looking over my dark circles. It's really awesome, I recommend it for eyes that need hydration and coverage at the same time. =]

ReplyDeleteMy favorite discovery has been Ophelia's Apothecary's hair tonic. It smoothes my frizzy hair without making it oily. Also, she made up a version that was unscented and sent it in my sample box when I mentioned that I have issues with a lot of scents.

ReplyDeleteParty Proof Lipstick by ModelCo is my favorite current favorite beauty product. It is such a festive and happy shade. I was immediately taken by how delicious it smells. It is amazing! It goes on so smooth. The color looks great on my skin and it seems to have pretty strong lasting power.
