Super Haul!

I received three boxes on my doorstep today all packaged together in a nice bow! Well, not a bow, a rubberband, but whatever, it was a treat! Check out my excellent Beauty and Box Haul!

They were all from different places too! Top is Julep (obviously), middle is Graze, bottom is Birchbox.

I don't want to do weekly Graze updates but since I got this one with everything else and it is only my second week I thought I'd put a few pics in.

*Graze:
Type: Food Box
Cost: $5/week includes shipping
What is it?: This brand-new subscription service sends out a box every week full of snack full of healthy benefits that look super tasty! Their motto is graze: nature delivered- delicious, healthy snacks by mail. Their website is amazing and lets you check out every single snack. They also offer two options- the nibble box (over 100 products) AND the light option (each snack between 50-150 calories). I ordered the light and am excited to try it. Right now you need a code to get it and I am out of invites. Email me at brokebeautyblogger@yahoo.com and I will set you up with someone for an invite code!

Love my snacks this week. I got this right at lunch time so I devoured the herby bread basket and it was delicious and only 83 cals.

On to my Julep Haul:

*Julep:
Type: Nail Box
Cost: $19.99/month includes shipping
What is it?: Becoming a Julep Maven gives you access to all their products for 20% off as well as being part of their rewards program which earns you FREE boxes and products. To begin, you take a style quiz to determine you Julep Maven Style and your first box will be a welcome box. Each month you are sent the month's theme colors and products in the 4 beauty profiles and have the option to choose your assigned box or any other one available. You also have the option to skip any month- this may be the BEST feature at Julep. Julep also offers add-ons each month for extremely discounted rates as well as random/surprise bags/boxes all the time. Fun fact: Julep's full collection was one of Oprah's favorite things this past year. Use my referral code pretty please! Try your first month for a whopping $0.01 (I did this and it is legit) using the code JULEPVIP.

I recently ordered a bunch of things from the Maven's Secret Store (which I know, I already posted about) and just had to post pics when I got them in my hand!

My Haul!
Julep! You have got to be kidding- even in a box of purchases from their store they throw in extra surprises! I have the full size "The Best Pedi Creme Ever!" but I won't say no to a surprise foil sample!

Rockstar Lifestyle
This set includes Sienna, Madison, and Patti. I'm stoked for Patti: a black glitter polish and Madison which is a gorgeous pink, coral, red mix. It also came with Julep Reveal. This serum addresses nails that are weak, thin or prone to ridges. I need this for my nails and am so excited to try it! I'll post a product review in a few weeks after I give it a go for awhile.

Cute Bag!

Treats Inside
The Be Mine Set came with Audrey, Barbara, and Taylor. I have another purple glitter but Barbara is purely purple glitter- score! I mainly wanted Taylor- and I have to say, I love the color now that I see it in person.

Cute Bag #2
Set #3
My third set came with Maya, Rose, and Hilary. Rose is actually a gorgeous red and I'm surprised at how much I love it.

Box #3:

*Birchbox:
Type: Beauty Box
Cost: $10/month includes shipping
What is it?: Every month you receive a box of 4-6 beauty and lifestyle products. Each month there are about 30+ different boxes that you might be sent which makes each month a surprise. Birchbox is a great forum to learn about and discover new products and brands. Birchbox has a points system given when a subscription plan is purchased, reviewing products, and buying full-size products in their shop. Every 100 points can be used as $10 off. Use my referral code to get started but know that Birchbox has a waiting period of usually 4-5 weeks.

Like my Julep box this isn't the actual subscription service but purchases I made through their website store.

Holy moly- this product is huge! I knew it was big (considering the cost) but I couldn't picture what 500 ml looked like. I should have gotten the smaller size but I used points to help purchase this so I guess I went big! Whoops! Anyway, I loved this sample, it makes my hair feel amazing. Now I have this nourishing mask for life!

Chocolate!
Yes, I bought chocolate from Birchbox. Sue me. It is cheaper here than anywhere else and delish. Truth time: I gained a bunch of weight back recently and need to majorly overhaul my diet but I also have a major sweet tooth, so... I was hoping by having a little bit of quality chocolate (each one is only 50-60 cals) on hand it would satisfy cravings when they come around.

Mmm. Close-up of all 7 varieties. I've tried Firecracker and Salted Chocolate Crunch and loved them so I'm excited to try them all. Chuao chocolate is excellent.

Ok- end of my 3 box haul!! Thinking of mixing and matching a bit with my Julep haul for a Giveaway- I don't want to though if there isn't interest. Any fav colors that someone wants?? What do you all think of one of the sets (or a combo of the three into a brand new set) for a Giveaway???

  4. All those colors are pretty! I also am a Julep Maven. I just put on a coat of the Oxygen Treatment that came with February's box. Can't say if it's doing anything for my nails this early, but I do like the ever so slight sheer pink tint and the shine it gives my nails.

    1. I've worn the Oxygen Treatment for a week now (w/ and w/o polish) and I took my polish off today and I can tell my nails are doing better! Much healthier look- I love the look of it w/o polish too!
