I have to say that I LOVE TheFancy, I find amazing things on the site all the time (check out my Fancy Finds posts) but the box can really be hit or miss. This month was really meh for me which is probably why it's one of my last boxes to review this month. Aww well, check it out.Make sure to enter my Treatsie Giveaway!

Cost: $39+$2.95/month for regular box
What is it?: For those who don't know, TheFancy is like pinterest but for products especially cool and amazing items. When you sign up you choose 3 categories from Men's, Women's, Kids, Pets, Home, Gadgets, Media, Sports & Outdoors, and Workspace. You then receive an array of some of the cool items that are on the site. I subscribe to Home, Gadgets, and Workspace. The worth is well beyond the $30 it costs and you receive amazing products! TheFancy also pairs with celebrities to make boxes- Ashton Kutcher's was $45 and currently P!nk has her own box for $35 and a Coco Rocha one, etc. Check it out. Mizu Fancy Bottles: This is a great water bottle, it really is. I just have a bunch of water bottles including a citrus infused one FROM TheFancy and a Brita filter one I mainly use. I think CJ might take this. I do like it, I swear, it's just not really anything new to me. Price: $18
Milo Smartphone Stand: Some people went gaga for this but I'm kind of meh on it. The Fancy box tends to always have smartphone stuff in it, and yes, I do HAVE a smartphone, but it gets a bit old. I thought CJ would snatch this right up, but he too felt meh. Now that my computer screen is wrecked (from this morning- I should post a pic) and I'm not at home, this would have come in handy watching netflix (hello, trying to watch arrested development) but, alas, I don't have it here. It will find a place eventually, just nothing to scream and shout over. Price: $14.95
Selection Decanting Pourer: Good Lord, will anything make me happy? Apparently not. This is a genius product, it really is. Decanter ON the spout, but... we have a really nice decanter and even a stand if need be aka this isn't something I would buy myself. I'm sure it will come in handy and it may even replace our decanter but again, I wasn't thrilled. Price: $13
F@#K the Time Watch by TKO: Nobody seemed to like this but I thought it was pretty excellent. It's pretty over-the-top but I could see an occasion to wear this, that being said, it's a men's watch and I won't. It's funny, but again, something I probably wouldn't buy myself. I totally understand if you think it is grotesque but I like it. CJ probably won't wear it either- I wish the F@#k was smaller! Price: $95

Verdict: Like I said before, this box was meh to me. Nothing thrilling and I feel like they will all be used... but I should say they will all eventually be used and who knows how many times? Once? This box is valued at $140.95 which is $100ish over the pricetag. I don't see myself un-subscribing anytime soon since at this moment I have my USB Hub on my laptop from last month, CJ LOVES the keylight from last month, and I have the headphones from January on aka I like some stuff a lot. I always suggest signing up for TheFancy to look at all the cool stuff- coupon codes come around pretty frequently too which is amazing! Fingers cross for an awesome June!

So i just got my box and it was almost identical, except my watch was super pretty! It's mint green and has a skeletal-inner watch watch face and rhinestones along the outside. I guess this was the girly watch option?
ReplyDeleteYa, I saw that watch. It looked really pretty. I'm signed up for Mens instead of Women or Home so CJ can have the stuff.
