Cost: $10/month includes shipping
What is it?: Every month you receive a box of 4-6 beauty and lifestyle products. Each month there are about 30+ different boxes that you might be sent which makes each month a surprise. Birchbox is a great forum to learn about and discover new products and brands. Birchbox has a points system given when a subscription plan is purchased, reviewing products, and buying full-size products in their shop. Every 100 points can be used as $10 off. Use my referral code to get started but know that Birchbox has a waiting period of usually 4-5 weeks.

ReplyDeleteI had BB for one month, hated it because I got all foil packets and cancelled and got Ipsy instead. Ipsy hasn't dissapoined but I'm always jealous of everyone's BBoxes!

What subscription box do you wish you had? I'm not sure. I'm interested in the beauty ones. And since you did one on dogs I was going to look into seeing if there was a cat one since I have 2 fluffy cats!

DeleteLaura, I saw your blog on your Facebook and thought I would read, since I do love beauty products. I had never even heard of a subscription box until reading your blog!! I've been looking into some of them now and am very interested in all the beauty ones. Being a new mommy and working I don't have the time I use to to shop and subscription boxes seem like a fun way to try some new things out and not have to go anywhere. I don't even know what is all out there to tell you what I would like to learn about, it's all new to me!

I had birchbox a while back and I was disappointed. I've heard it's gotten a lot better since then so I would like to try it again.

I see a LOT of beauty box reviews, I like the reviews of sampler boxes like IGB or hammock packs. They are a little more expensive and so I would always like to know more before purchasing them.
